PatentsAcme Technologies Pvt. Ltd. has filed two patents in India, in the field of Smart Electronic Identification Systems. The Smart Electronic Identification System collectively refers to a system of PICC ((Proximity Integrated Circuit Card) and PCD ((Proximity Coupling Device). The PICC referred here could be any contactless Smart Card, contactless IC Card or RFId Tag and PCD is card/tag reader. The communication between the PICC and the PCD is described by different ISO standards like ISO 14443, ISO 15693 & ISO 11784/5. These standards state the communication protocol as well as the physical layer of the communication. The ISO standards define the RF carrier, modulation type, data rate, modulation index and other parameters related to PHY. Acme Technologies Pvt. Ltd. implemented a super set of above mentioned ISO standards. The PCD implementation of super set meant that all the physical parameters related to PHY can be automatically selected by PCD for any PICC that comes in the field of communication. This PICC could be any card/ tag either complying or not complying with any of the above mentioned ISO standards. Based on these developments Acme Technologies Pvt. Ltd. filed following two patents.
